Love Thyself

Loving the LORD and ourselves according to God’s Purposive Will generates unity and harmony with those around us. Loving ourselves begets power to forgive ourselves and others. If we love ourselves, God’s forgiveness works to save us from the consequences of our wrong-doings. His forgiveness to us empowers us to forgive others as God has forgiven us. As a result, our vengeful thoughts and our malicious attitudes disappear, and we can become emotionally and spiritually healthy.
